This makes a great breakfast on the go, afternoon snack, or evening dessert. For breakfast you can up the oat bran, and for dessert, you could omit it.
125g natural unsweetened yoghurt (approx 1 pottle)
1 cup frozen berries. I like to use rasberries, but a combination of blueberries and rasberries works well.
1 tablespoon oat bran
Up to 250ml milk (add according to your desired consistency).
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Enjoy the deliciousness.
